Biography
José Victor Ferro holds a bachelor’s and licentiate degree in social sciences from the University of São Paulo (USP) - with an exchange period at Sciences Po Paris. He also holds a master's degree in Latin American Studies through the LAGLOBE (Latin America and Europe in Global World) program, a triple degree offered by Stockholm University, Universidad de Salamanca, and Université Paris 3 - Sorbonne-Nouvelle, with instruction in Spanish, English, and French. Given its status as an Erasmus Mundus Joint Master's degree, He was granted a scholarship from the European Commission within the program's framework. Professionally, he has experience in project management, international cooperation (trade and political-institutional relations), academic research, and teaching. His international work experiences were at diplomatic institutions (Embajada de Uruguay para Suecia, Dinamarca, Noruega e Islandia) and multilateral organizations (Fundación EU-LAC).
